2. Bug Reports
If you encounter a bug or unexpected behaviour, it helps to include:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15)
- Operating system version (e.g. iOS 18.1 or Android 14)
- App version (shown in Settings)
- A brief description of how to reproduce the issue
3. Suggestions & Feedback
Feature requests, design ideas or anything you think could improve the app — we welcome all constructive feedback. Don't hesitate to share what's on your mind.
4. Response Time
We do our best to respond within a reasonable time. During busy periods replies may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
5. Reporting Illegal Content (Community Feature)
If you come across content in the app's community feature ("Ummah") that you believe is illegal, you can use the in-app Report button, or contact us by email even without an account or the app — this channel is open to anyone, not just app users.
To help us review it quickly, please include:
- The exact location of the content within the app (a link if possible, or a clear description)
- An explanation of why you believe the content is illegal
- A way to reach you for follow-up
